Job Description:

Construction of all New Development works based on operational

requirement of other Dept. and statutory norms requirements.

 Active Coordinator with Adani team for finalizing 56 Acres of Land for their

Railway Corridor and North port Access Road.

 Preparation of Cost Estimate for infra development works and projecting the

budget proposals for CAPEX Works.

 Monthly Bill processing and certification for works for various vendors for

REVENUE and CAPEX Budget

 Periodic maintenance of Roads/Strom water drains

 Estate Upkeep Works during various VIP Visits.

 Maintenance of Shops/ Buildings/ Finger Jetty and Ship lift Area etc.,

 New Landscape Developmental works inside yard.

 Day to day maintenance of Landscape works including Shipyard / Housing

Colony

 In-house Maintenance of Green House and Propagation of saplings for gap

filling inside shipyard and Housing Colony

 Periodic maintenance of shops and buildings
