Job Description:
Undertake inspection of all incoming material as per the PO/specifications/standards
Execute pre dispatch customer Inspection of the material as per customer PO/specifications
Prepare and get approvals of QAP with customer
Stage wise inspection at vendors place for fabricated material.
How you will do it
Coordinate with SCM/Vendors/ware house/execution team and undertake internal inspection
Coordinate with customer inspectors and present material for customer inspection
Go through customer standard QAPs and coordinate with customer/vendors/PM to get QAP approvals.
What we look for
A person with:
Thorough Knowledge of inspection process for bought out /fabricated equipment.
Good understanding of Engineering standards
Knowledge of reviewing material lab test reports
Knowledge on QAPs /FATS procedures
Job requires person to travel at vendors place within India
Required
BE (Mechanical )with 4 to 8 years’ experience
Experience in QA of HVAC/Refrigeration/ Mechanical industry
