Clear communicator understands how a wind turbine works.
Strong Mechanical/Electrical fundamentals
FEA basics, Simulation software knowledge
Excel, Python, SQL, MATLAB, or Minitab proficiency, Data processing
Self-motivated, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
