Job Description:
Project Integration Management
Give Support to execute Civil Project Strategy
Give Support to execute Civil Change management
Project Scope Management
Takes ownership on Civil Turnover Packages (CTO) hand over.
Project Time Management
To ensure proper inputs for the Civil Site Time Schedule (STS) based on design construction sequence.
To ensure proper inputs for the follow-up and revising of the Civil Specialized Structure Schedule per contract.
Manage on site progress monitoring and assessment of time to complete up to CTO.
Project Cost Management
Give required inputs to Support to Root Cause analysis of all no budgeted costs to Project Manager Civil.
Project Quality Management
Take responsibility for civil quality control inspection process (CTO,…) for the assigned scope.
Take responsibility on checking of compliance of construction with scope and quality requirements.
Actions and inputs on civil punch list item up to the PAC.
Project Procurement Management
Give Support to preparation of technical conditions of subcontracts for all extra works.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction management appropriate to the technical activity involved with 5+ years’ experience in related field
Desired Characteristics
Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan etc
