Job Description:
1. Project Planning & Monitoring – Construction Schedule – Progress Review.
2. Construction & Contract Management, Quality Assurance, Quality Control.
3. Statutory and Safety Compliances – Ensure adherence of all applicable statutory norms with respect to the project. Ensure adherence of all applicable statutory norms with respect to the project. Strict adherence of safety at work place
4. Planning and execution of Civil Maintenance and capex work in plant at Project site. Preparations of estimate/ BOQ and proposals for civil Maintenance work / capex of Project. Issue of work permits and implementation of safety standards along with timely compliance of observations at civil site in Project.
5. Provide guidance to civil works in Rural Development Activities
6. Making of PRs and monitoring of section budget for Project
7. Follow-up with all Concern department, vendor for execution of work for Project
8. Ensuring housekeeping and up keeping of Plant / TPP
9. Certifying vendor bills.
