Work as per the Wind Turbine Blade process route sheet/SOP /WI/Design
· Work allotment as per shift target and meeting target
· Can work in all critical operations in his areas
· Documentation as per process flow
· Willingness to work other area of production & Multiskilled in all process of Blade
· DRM board updating
· Active participation in 5S and Autonomous maintenance & PIC
· Can operate Crane, forklift & stacker on need basis
· Establishing safety culture among all team
· Time ticket and material consumption online for every product
· Trouble shooting along with team (QCC) & Driving suggestion scheme with team, Kaizen & Improvements in his area of w
