Job Description:
Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands as per production schedules and workflow
Developing and maintaining departmental work instructions for all tasks
Coding and preparing proper receipt or dispatch paperwork. Ensuring maintenance of equipment and facilities
Identifying and recommending technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary
Optimizing warehouse capacity, inventory and floor utilization
Recommending measures to improve service quality, increase departmental efficiency and boost the performance of work crews and equipment
