Qualification:
Bachelor’s in Engineering from reputed institutions Post-Graduation in Operations Management
Experience: 12-18 yrs experience in operations of Design delivery Centre-Know monitoring/tracking of deliverables, resources, MIS, IT.
Area of Responsibility:
Monitor and track deliverables, designs, and drawings.
Oversee the utilization of resources and prepare budgets for the design centre and multiple design projects.
Manage design projects and prepare management information systems.
Handle IT requirements and maintain the engineering document management system (eDMS).
Prepare reports using data from timesheets and eDMS.
Create dashboards, graphs, and charts to visualize data.
Understand design requirements for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects and manage interface requirements.
Ensure smooth operations of a global design delivery centre in a consulting engineering organization.
Competencies:
Proven experience in the operations of a global design delivery centre.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and planning tools (MSP/Primavera).
Strong understanding of design requirements for multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills to ensure work is completed efficiently.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive and able to anticipate needs and potential issues.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
