Responsibilities:
DharCement Works is integrated cement plant equipped with modern technology with an installed capacity of 6 MTPA , cement production capacity of 5.2MTPA with WHRS for power generation (33 MW) and open cast mines. It manufacturers OPC 43, OPC 53 ,PPC , PPC Special grade of cement. Our Unit have AFR processing facilities to support our TSR.
Job holder has to work in close coordination of all departments for Operation and maintenance of smooth plant operations. To ensure Detailed planning, monitoring, organizing of Civil Capex & maintenance jobs related to Plant and Mines within the allotted budget and time line to meet customer requirement/ satisfaction. Ensuring the job execution as per the approved design. Implementation of safety standards & WCM requirement at site. Follow up with contractors, consultants, external and internal agency. Coordinate with peers, subordinated and seniors to achieve the targets & requirement.
