Responsibilities:
Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including defining project scopes, setting deadlines, and allocating resources effectively.
Monitor and track project progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure timely completion.
Collaborate with project teams to assess risks and establish mitigation strategies.
Ensure that all work activities are planned according to NABL certification requirements and other quality standards.
Prepare and update detailed project reports on schedule performance, risks, and other critical factors.
Billing and Cost Control:
Prepare, review, and process project invoices in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
Ensure that all billing milestones are met based on the project schedule and deliverables.
Track project expenses and ensure that all financial transactions align with the budget.
Coordinate with procurement, accounting, and finance departments for the accurate and timely submission of billing documents.
Resolve any billing discrepancies and disputes promptly.
