coordinate and oversee the daily production activities on the shop floor: involves planning and organizing work schedules, assigning tasks to workers, and monitoring progress to ensure timely completion of production targets ,report generation
To enforce quality control measures and standards to ensure that products meet specified quality criteria: Includes conducting regular inspections, implementing quality control procedures, and addressing any quality issues that arise
To analyse production processes to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
To enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment on the shop floor : Includes conducting safety inspections, implementing safety training programs, and addressing any safety concerns or incidents promptly
