Responsibilities:
Provide end-to-end Technical Support for Tools to One Tool warehouses.
Read and interpret tool specifications, technical documents, and drawings.
Have hands-on experience with tools and equipment usage and operating principles in the wind industry for over 7 years.
Interact with R&D/Vestas Power Solutions to gather detailed technical solutions for tools.
Address technical queries from the Construction, Service, and Procurement teams.
Be familiar with Mechanical, Electrical, Hydraulic, and Electronics circuits and drawings related to tools and equipment.
Understand and develop the ECM process for rebuilding and change management as per requirements.
Have a comprehensive understanding of tool quality processes and maintenance procedures.
Follow up closely with the support team to achieve departmental goals.
Create Maintenance & Inspection Checklists for tools.
