Job Description:
Should provide total formwork solutions with latest formwork technologies.
Selecting appropriate formwork materials, considering factors such as load capacity, durability.
To Plan formwork material requirement of all projects and mobilization of materials.
Developing detailed plans for formwork installation, including sequencing,
manpower allocation, and time management. Prepare reports daily, weekly, and monthly pertaining to formwork productivity of material and Labor.
Overseeing the installation, modification, and dismantling of formwork
systems on-site. Coordinating with subcontractors, construction teams, and other stakeholders.
Ensuring the quality and accuracy of formwork installations through regular
inspections, testing, and adherence to design specifications. Should be responsible of the erection of formwork: walls, columns, floors and stairs; checking of dimensions, alignment and level of formwork; dismantling of formwork and its proper handling for reuse.
Conducting formwork training to staff
