Job Description:
Upkeeping of Wharf, Yard, Rail, Buildings etc.
Planning and execution of Capex projects in time.
Maintain STP, Weigh Bridge, Water filtration & Supply, Road, High mast, etc. facilities in Terminal, CFS and Township.
Assist in Civil Engineering budget preparation.
Control R&M cost of Civil Engineering within the approved budget & with cost optimization.
New requirements in infrastructure are studied and apprise GM Engineering.
Monitor, Assess and Process warranty claims.
Contractors job Measurements & bill verification: All civil maintenance jobs, water bills and AMC bill verification.
Ensure well maintained Club house, Residential Buildings, Internal Roads, potable Water Supply, Water supply for gardening, Children’s playing Equipments, Drainage System, Compound walls, etc.
Follow the safety norms of DPW and ensure RA/SOP are available for all activities and are reviewed based on Critical Incident Report (CIR) if required else annually.
Ensure all contractors follow the safety norms.
