Job Description:
Develop Execution plan
Manage Innovation tasks scope in design engineering, deliverables including coordination with the various discipline groups;
Monitor and control project performance with respect to Innovation Tasks against schedule and quality and safety requirements using appropriate control tools and reporting of same to Management
Manage multi-discipline engineering teams in the delivery of scopes through regular progress meeting and by facilitation where multi-discipline issues require discussion and resolution
Monitor and Report Engineering Innovation activities performance, preparation of catch-up plan
Analysis, Coordination & follow up for Engineering Productivity and Quality measurement against different Engineering Parameters
Follow up of applying all the results from various Innovation tools.
Coordination of Innovation progress meetings and circulation of MOM and Action List
Clear understanding of the interfaces activities between EPC Contractors and third parties.
Smart & persistent approach to implement all innovation ideas decided by management
Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills are required
Strong computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point.( Advanced Excel , Primavera skills will be added advantage)
