Job Description:
Developing Project team and ensuring the implementation of project management plan at site
Arrangement and Allocation of resources and ensuring timely completion of works within allotted budget
Responsible for client coordination at Project execution level
Periodical day to day meeting and coordinating with various project departments, vendors and smooth functioning of the project
Project execution planning and periodical progress reviews
Fast tracking/ smoothing of critical activities and preparation/implementation of the catch-up plan in case of needs
Identify and deploy subcontracting resource for project management
Timely preparation of agencies’ bills and adherence to systems
Ensure Zero injuries and accident free project
The products should comply to Quality Control limits/ Specifications as per the quality objectives of the project/ customer
