Responsibilities:
We are looking for a Civil Engineer to join our site team and support day-to-day construction activities. The role involves supervising and executing on-site civil works, ensuring adherence to technical drawings, quality standards, and safety norms. The candidate should have a practical understanding of construction methods, material management, and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily construction activities at the site and ensure that work is carried out in accordance with approved drawings and specifications. Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, and work quality to ensure optimal project outcomes. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Assist in material quantity estimation, requisition, and verification upon delivery. Ensure proper usage of materials and prevent wastage. Check formwork, reinforcement, concrete works, and finishing for quality compliance. Maintain safety standards and ensure site cleanliness and order. Report site issues, delays, and technical problems to the project engineer or manager. Support documentation and record-keeping for inspections and approvals. Qualifications & Skills: A diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institute. 1–3 years of experience in site execution, supervision, or construction (freshers with good technical skills may apply). Strong understanding of civil drawings, materials, and construction practices. Basic knowledge of MS Office and surveying instruments. Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle site challenges and work under limited supervision. Familiarity with safety and quality control standards. Work Environment: Full-time, site-based role (field job). Requires extended hours depending on project timelines
