Job Description:
- Design (calculations, specifications, drawings) of HVAC, Plumbing equipment related to Building Mechanical projects. Ability to perform pump and pipeline sizing for plumbing systems.
• Ability to complete Mechanical, Plumbing & Firefighting general arrangement 3D models and drawings for plans, single line diagrams, sections, elevations in Revit/AutoCAD with minimal supervision• Experience using associated discipline software especially AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, ProjectWise, Dynamo is desirable.
The following skills will be very useful *
• Ability to read P&ID drawings, basic understanding of Instrumentation and Controls.
• Basic knowledge of Civil, Structural, Electrical, disciplines.
• Knowledge/experience in Water, Oil & Gas, is preferred.
Skills that are essential for the job, but can be easily learnt after joining
Behavioural Skills:The person must necessarily have the following skills:
- • Communication skills – good command of written and spoken English (the position will require a high level of interaction Stantec engineers, technical staff, project leadership (Project Managers, Project Technical Leaders) in other global offices, and on occasion end client representatives.
