Job Description:
- Should be able to design and develop the Wiring harness using software tools for Gensets and different Controllers
- Should have knowledge of the Genset wiring harness and Control panel harness.
- Should be able to work on the E-CAD tool, preferably Creo 7.0 Cabling, Creo Parametric and Creo flattening.
- Should have deep knowledge of selection of components like Wires, Connectors, Terminals, Lugs, Conduits, Splice, Etc.
- Should have knowledge of Alternator, Starters, Ciruit Breakers, Control panel, Generators, and Engines.
- Should be able to do some design calculations required during the project execution.
- Should have knowledge of manufacturability and serviceability.
- Should be able to work with Project Life cycle Management and data management systems.
- Should have knowledge of compliance and standards used for Wire Harness Design.
- Knowledge of handling of Sheet metal parts.
