Job Description:
- Creation/ Review redline markup of of circuit diagrams and control cabinet plans, electrical engineering documents in compliance with relevant electrical standards, guidelines and regulations in the field of rail vehicle technology, Rolling stockCreation/Review of parts lists according to internal standard specifications
Creation/Review of manufacturing documents and wiring documents for e.g. Metros cars and their components (e.g. train protection) - Define/Create base object symbol library as per IEC standards (Example- SLD, Circuit, Network, cabinet assembly symbols)
- Create, update and maintain reusable electrical templates for different product variants
- Configure and test various package option conditions (Example- Climate options, indoor/Outdoor options etc.)
Build article structure in COMOS/ELCAD base object project according to KKZ/ OK -
Create/modify part attributes in Base object (Example- Technical attributes, Part order data, Dimension data etc. )
Support IT team in defining standard reports like SLD, Circuit diagram, Part list, signal list etc. - Change orders communication to stakeholders
- Review and compare the COMOS layers with the project specific technical requirements.
