Job Description:
- Hands-on experience in hardware design – Control Panels, Power panels, MCC, Instrumentation panels including component selection and architecture designExcellent knowledge of Data acquisition systems
- Excellent knowledge of sensors/transducers – pressure, temperature, level, torque, flow meter, RPM, control valves
- Good knowledge of communication and networking (Modbus, CANbus, Data cards, Com ports, TCP/IP, etc.)
Good knowledge of motion control parts – Induction motors, servo drives, stepper drive, VFD - Good knowledge in Cable selection & Interconnections
- Experience in testing and validation of instrumentation systems
- Knowledge and experience in documentation – engineering product files, schematics (wiring, hook-up, SLD) and AutoCAD models
- Good oral and written communication

Knowledge and experience of Rockwell (Allen Bradley) PLC and software suite (Studio 5000, FactoryTalk, etc)
Experience in redesign/reverse engineering of legacy control panels - Awareness of ESD (Emergency Shutdown Systems)
- Knowledge of functional safety engineering
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance (RoHS, WEEE, CE)
- PLC, HMI or SCADA Programming experience
