Job Description:
- Automatic Transmission component design and development activitiesTransmission oil cooler concept design and development activities.
- Oil cooler -plastic component design and devt. activities.
- Concept devt. with respect to function, manufacturing, Assembly and optimizations
- Feasibility studies based on Material selection, Manufacturing process and failure data’s.
- 3d assesmblies including Multipart modelling, Assemblies using NX tool
- GD&T application -tolerance stack up calculation and finalization of 2d drawings.
- Data handling with product data management tool.
- Work on Cross functional design -analysis loops.
- Work on concern resolutions coming from Plant, suppliers
Qualification
- Experience – 4 – 8 Years
- BE/Btech OR Mtech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- Good Know how on Automatic Transmission component Interfaces and design.
- Overview of Automobile Transmission domain , Latest trend & technologies, Major assemblies and components.
- Good communication skill & High motivation to work in a team and to contribute with positive attitude.
- Capable of working independently on a given task.
- Stakeholder mgt. skills ( Plant, R&D, Suppliers etc.)
