Job Description:
- Functional knowledge of Performance parameters of Electrical & Electronics parts
In depth knowledge of layouting, routing, manufacturing, and best practices in Wiring harness industry. - Good understanding of Electrical & Electronics circuits & drawings.
- Should be proficient in system circuit for quick troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Electrical & Electronics parts testing & applicable standards ( IS / JIS / JASO / DIN Etc)
- Analysis and root cause identification of Quality issues of Auto Electrical & Electronics parts.
- Practical application of Quality Control Tools, including theoretical background of SPC, Analytical Tools, 5Why, 8D, FTA ,Six sigma etc…
- Working Knowledge of Tools / Dies & various inspection aids (gauges /Jigs / Fixtures / Test Rigs, Etc).
