- Collaborative Working with CFT (Within COE’s, Suppliers, CME, Plant)Front-loading & Design protection for Acoustic Package
- Basic understanding of working principle of Absorption/ Barrier and Damping materials
- Sound Package performance prediction using SEA
- Sound Package performance assessment at the Component level and Vehicle level
Continous Benchmarking & Updating SOR - General Competencies
- Automotive Systems
Basics of NVH - Basics of Digital Signal Processing
Functional Competencies / Skills critical for the job
- Knowledge in Usage of NVH Instrumentation
- Knowledge in Usage of Siemens Test Lab
- Knowledge in Usage of Matlab
