Job Description:
- Should have a clear understanding of automotive gear box and its usbsystemShould have a on hand experience of software like UG NX, Romax, Kissoft etc.
Good understanding on Team center procedure. - Adequate knowledge on housing design and detailing (2D,3D) and Transmission layout.
- Basic understnding on gear design , bearing selection
- Good understanding on gear manufacturing processes
- Basic knowledge in CAE analysis
Good Knowledge in DFMEA. - Should have sufficient knowledge in detailing, tolerance stack up and GD&T
Ability to interact with development team and supplier for component development - Versatile to work with support system teams and address the integration related concern
- Ability to address the manufacturing and build issues with supplier and plant team
- Time Management for self & CFT for on time delivery of the project
