Job Description:
- Assist in preparing and submission of progress reports.
Assist in managing the finalisation of work method statement (MST) and logistic plan, factory visit and organising project review meeting. - Conferring with sub-contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters, such as work procedures, complaints or construction problems.
- Checking feasibility of design ideas, based on factors, modify drawings to match with circumstances, confer with engineering, production or sales departments, modify designs to conform with customer specifications, production limitations or changes in design trends.
- Understanding the client techno-commercial requirements.
- Inspecting during execution and post-execution, material inspection, quality checking, a safety audit of execution and equipment.
- Assist in managing the façade work along with design coordination.
