Job Description:
What you will do
Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to simulate structural Strength, Noise and Vibration of HVAC equipment like Air Handling Units (AHU) and Chiller etc. Candidate need to work with global product development team to support on product development activities.
This position requires the ability to work under minimal direction in collaboration with global teams to simulate, analyze and develop robust system solutions that meet defined system requirements.
How you will do it
System and component level finite element modelling, Develop load cases based on design requirements, Review, verification and validation.
Have an effective communication, aligned with the project requirement with Stakeholder.
Good in problem solving.
Deliver error free simulation results.
Active participation in Technical discussion.
Report preparation with design improvement recommendations
Qualifications
What we look for
Required
BE/B.Tech/M.Tech- Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in FEA analysis.
Knowledge of Linear analysis
Knowledge of Non Linear analysis
Knowledge of Modal analysis
Knowledge of Frequency response analysis
Knowledge of PSD analysis
Key skills:
Pre-processing Tool
Hypermesh
Spaceclaim
Analysis Module
Linear & Non-linear static analysis
Modal analysis
Frequency response analysis
PSD analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred
Knowledge of HVAC equipment’s like AHUs and Chiller
Knowledge of ASHRAE standards, Psychometrics, Thermodynamics and Refrigeration Cycles, Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning Systems and Components (compressors, heat exchangers, fans and blowers, refrigerants, , construction materials, safety devices, etc.), HVAC&R Design.
