Job Description:
- Site Execution of Block Schedules: The position will be responsible to guide the site team with regards to drawing, execution schedule, quality requirements with regards to the set standards and master plan for the project. The position will also be responsible to guide the stores team with regards to stacking of materials and effective utilization of the same.
2. Coordination for Execution: The position will coordinate with the site team and various functions at the HO with regards to actual execution. The incumbent will be solely responsible for any delated, forecasts, quality of work and so on and thus will actively coordinate with the Architecture department, Estimation department, Billing department, Purchase department, Planning department, Contracts and Stores to bring about the block schedule successfully.3. Daily Reports: The incumbent is responsible to review regular reports with regards to
Site progress.
4. System Indents: The position will be responsible to ensure that the pending Service Indent are raised as per the site requirements while checking the BOQ specifications and generate Material Indent Report.
5. Risk Management: The position is responsible to identify, highlight and manage the execution related risks owing to manpower availability, planning internal or external activities with respect to climatic conditions, safety of material and appropriateness of the planned tasks with regards to other parameters on site.
- 6. Quality Management: The Project Manager is responsible to guide the site team with the drawings, Company work methods and other requirements. The position will also guide the site team with the project specifications and control the material wastage while executing the project.
