Job Description:
- Qualitative execution of works as per plan at multiple locations.Timely completion of planned project works as per schedule.
- Accounting the material purchased for execution of projects.
- Efficient Manpower utilization.
- Submission of necessary statutory applications in respect of new projects / expansion of existing plants.
- To maintain appropriate records and sending periodical reports.
- Practical Exposure to project site supervision and supervision of multiple project locations.
- Project experience in construction of Industrial Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Multi-story structure of RCC, and Structural Steel, Industrial Structure pre casted building, Pre Engineering Buildings, Pre/Post Terrestrial building structures.
- Preparation of Auto-cad Drawings, Project Schedule, Bar Charts.
- Preparation of Civil BOQ, Specifications.
- Site Survey and Markings with total Station and other instruments.
- Civil Bill Verification and Certification.
- Experience in Quantity Surveying” shall be preferred and added advantage.
- Multiple contractors and their Administration at project sites.
