Job Description:
- Understand business requirements, associate them with agile entities (stories/tasks) for planning and executionDesign, develop/port Linux device drivers for custom hardware platforms
Work closely with hardware and BIOS teams for new platform bring up
Enable platform for research and development of POCs and demos in areas like 5G - Design and develop scalable, maintainable, well mannered (CPU, memory, disk, power, network) automotive grade Linux applications
Basic Qualifications:
- Masters/Bachelors degree in electrical, communications, computer engineering or a similar discipline
Should have 3 to 5 years of overall experience. - A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in Linux kernel architecture and internals and device driver concepts
- Solid understanding of the Linux kernel power management framework
Minimum three years of hands-on experience, in research or industry, developing and/or porting device drivers for ARM based SoC platforms - Hands on experience with interfaces like PCIe, SPI, I2C, Ethernet
- Hands on expertise in bring up of new hardware.
