Job Description:
Primary Duties and responsibilities-
- Get trained in product/application in Karad Engineering Lab and Atit Manufacturing Facility
Develop capability & support Application Engineering/Sales/Marketing team
New Product Qualification /Promotion
a. Should support Customer for selection of right Compressor models & system components based on the cross-reference charts & technical assessmentb. Support Sales / Mktg New product qualification by Coordinating with customer for system qualification
c. Share necessary technical documentation requested by customer for new products
Handling customer Issues:
a. Updating of complaints in service module & Coordinate with Plant & Customer for analysis & sharing feedback on field return compressorb. Guide / Support customer for handling field issues to resolve the same
c. Whenever needed site visit to be made to understand customer issues
Training to customers
a. Carry out training on basics of HVACR & Products whenever customer requires - b. Guide / Support customer to develop competency in handling Emerson product selection software
