Job Description:
- About the role: Service AssistantAs Service Assistant you are responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve Domino machine issues at our customers site.
- You shall be responsible for on- site services such as Installation & Maintenance of Domino products to ensure maximum up-time and customer satisfaction.
About you:
- Proven track record of success for at least 1-3 years of experience in maintenance/service of production equipment.
- Coupled with high drive, determination, and resilience, you will have demonstrable experience in providing compelling solutions for the needs of customers.
- You will need to be an organised, independent individual with knowledge and experience in applying your technical acumen to solve machine problems with a customer centric approach.
