- The candidate should have B E / B. Tech (Civil Engineering) with 1 – 2 years of experience in the Real Estate industry having exposure to multistoried residential apartments.The candidate should have good oral and written communication.
- The candidate should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD.
The candidate should have an In-depth interest in innovation, new technologies, and their implementation. - The candidate should be able to prepare detailed functional specification documents.
- The candidate should be able to understand different technical aspects of engineering systems specifically in the civil domain.
- The candidate should be capable to Analyze, Categorize into various technical aspects, and identifying various technological trends.
