Job Description:
- Responsible for designing die casting and injection molding components of machinesDo stack up analysis and apply GD&T, DFM
- Creation of manufacturing drawings as per customer standards.
- Design of Fixtures
- Calculation and selection of standard machine elements like Motors, gears, cylinders, sensors etc
- Pneumatic circuit creation.
- Conceptualize mechatronic systems
Work independently from requirements to design approval. - Interface with customers at Germany
Conduct regular reviews along with customer to ensure quality & schedule of the delivery
Qualifications
- B.E./ B.Tech in Mechanical
Additional Information
- Hands on experience (minimum 3 years) in– UG-NX & Team center
Minimum 2 years of experience in designing of machine components
Sound knowledge of design calculations & GD&T - Willingness to learn
Result oriented and strong focus on good quality deliverables - Ability to quickly grasp, adapt and work with new emerging technologies with agility and flexibility
- Taking Initiatives and ability to work as a team
- Good Communication & analytical skills
German language proficiency is an added advantage - Special purpose machines design experience will be an added advantage
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor and Vault is an added advantage
