Job Description:
- Generate NC programs for turning and milling Parts for 4 and 5 axis Millturn and HMC CNC machine.Selection of right cutters according to profile and able to calculate parameters for different machining operations.
- Creation of the necessary CNC programs and independently running the programs on the CNC machine
Simulation of G-codes with Parts, Stock, CNC machines and fixtures using simulation software Vericut or Ncsimul
To make proper NC documents with all information for CNC operator. - To ensure on time delivery with maintaining quality.
- To take the ownership of the projects till their closure.
- Work Planning and Mentoring
Always keep in mind that First time right is core of NC programming competence
Interact with project leaders and customers and give idea for reducing time and improve quality
Ready to take new challenges to develop CNC Programming to other product company where CNC machining facility already established. - Share lessons learnt from the tasks / projects with the team.
- Maintain documentation of each part for future references. To prepare standard operating process for programming of the part
- Knowledge sharing with new programmer and guide him to understand process and standards followed by applicant.
- Willingness to continuously educate yourself to stay on the cutting edge of technology
- Innovative, creative, and networked thinking skill.
