Job Description:
BE with minimum 10 years of Experience.
Proven track record in site construction management.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Responsible of Project construction to Achieve contractual schedule.
Good hands-on experience of Pooling substation, GSS, SCADA, ICR electrical, AC & DC cabling, String and Central Invertors, Testing & Commissioning of the solar plant etc.
Maintain high and required standard of safety at site.
Ensure achievement of highest quality levels on site.
Maintain and manage various stakeholder to ensure timely delivery of project.
Team management and mentoring on site as applicable.
Site compliance audits and checks.
Responsible for overall management of Solar project site.
Daily / Weekly / Monthly project status reporting as applicable.
