Job Description:
The Metro Trains Melbourne (MTM) Engineering Graduate Program is a two-year program which rotates graduates through key areas of the business offering them experiences across different teams, projects, and challenges.

About you
You will be in your last semester of study or have graduated in the previous three years. With an eye for detail and clear communication style, you will see yourself confidentially engaging with multiple levels of stakeholders. Utilising an open mind, you will naturally be inquisitive to business scenarios.

Program Structure
MTM Engineering Graduates work across our entire network, learning the core functions of running a safe, reliable, and passenger-focused service. Our aim is to educate future leaders of our business how the growing rail network operates and the complexities behind what we do. Engineering Graduates participate in Mentoring programs with senior leaders, undergo ongoing training, as well as work alongside colleagues within Metro Trains Melbourne.
