Job Description:
- Prepare project proposals and estimates for new projects in consultation with other engineers or architects
- Design and oversee construction of infrastructure projects
- Manage a project from conception to completion through the entire design process
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants on engineering projects
- Perform inspections during construction to ensure compliance with plans
- Design temporary or permanent water control structures such as dams or levies
- Conduct research in the field of engineering
