Job Description:
1. Study project requisite and prepare the necessary documents/details supporting project. Should be able to prepare the P&M budget for project and monitor the cost.
2. MIS report to HO/RO as per SOP.
3. Coordination with project team for the deployment schedule of assets required for execution as per project schedule and communicate to RO team for deployment.
4. Commissioning and Maintenance & Repairs of equipment deployed at site.
5. Maintain minimum stock of maintenance spares, lubricants and consumables.
6. Initiate the process for disposal of asset based on the technical evaluation report.
7. Ensure the compliance with respect to ISO 9001, ISO 140001 and ISO 45001 standards.
8. Conduct training for technician and P&M staff for safe operation of equipment. Should be aware about the safety accessories required for construction equipment.
9. Certify the invoice of equipment purchased at site.
10. Check and certify the measurement book for Hired equipment working at site
