Job Description:
- Aggregate &analyse company and individual data, Multidimensions sales data of current and potential customers from target industries and develop Annual& Monthly Sales Plan complete with contact details.
Sales Calling
- Call customers to introduce Multidimensions& self and seek appointment for detailed discussion. Maintain call record.
Technical Support
- Explain the technical details of target products and their application in the customers organization, build relationship and pitch for future sales
Customer Relationship Management
- Build continuous and lasting relationship with the target customer and pitch for enquiries for future sales through telephonic calls and social media interactions
Site Visits
- Visit customers as and when necessary to build personal rapport, collect plant & machinery related iformation and understand organization structure.
Sales Processing
- Check technical details of the RFQ, seek clarifications if required, prepare and send Quotation with proper pricing
- Follow up the customer on pending Quotations and take timely action for success.
- Prepare Purchase Orders for materials required by the store / customer
