Job Description:
1. Digital Process planning for General Assembly lines
2. Bill of material consumption for all variants taking reference of the base vehicle.
3. Product process validations checks. Digital product assessment
4. Digital validation of plant tools and equipment for new product
5. Concept development for Special Tools
6. Ergo simulations for operator posture and fatigue analysis.
Skills Expected:
0. Good hands on Experience & Exposure to General Assembly process planning and Problem resolution.
1. Should have good communication Skills & should be from automotive background.
2. Able to Work in a CFT environment.
3. Knowledge on assembly simulatoin & Ergonomics.
4. Should have prior experience of executing new vehicle program projects.
