Job Description:
- Assisting in conducting site activities and at times being able to lead the activities.
- Providing input to others in regards to programming the works and scheduling of resources.
- Assisting in coordinating of all disciplines involved in the project.
- Having a good knowledge of safety, method statements and risk assessment and ensuring the works are carried out as per the approved method statements and risk assessments.
- Ensuring safety is a priority and providing a safe work environment for all staff and resources on site.
- Having a good understanding of what good quality is and be able to report if the quality is not up to the specification and standards.
- Being able to produce reports for quality and progress.
- Being able to understand a schedule and monitoring the contractor’s performance against the schedule.
- Handling tower activities including internal & external services of flats.
