Job Description:
- Plan and implement OHS policies and programs
- Ensure that health, safety, and environmental policies are followed.
- Adhere to all the local govt. rules and regulations
- MIS reporting – Incident Reporting, HAZOP Analysis, Near Miss Reporting, Emergency Preparedness Plan, Safety
- Manual, Mock Drill Records, PPE Matrix.
- Liasioning Work related to Safety Audit, Health & Environment and other miscellaneous Govt. documentation
- Implement and maintain health and safety standards.
- Supervise the safe handling, storage & disposal of hazardous materials.
- Conduct risk assessment
- Identify and assess hazards, risks and control measures for a specific operation or process
- Assess and document hazards, risks and controls in a manner consistent with established procedures and practices
- Training on safety fire and first-aid
- Safe operating procedures for various operations (Work Instructions)
- Maintaining & monitoring of flammable and explosives substances at work place
- Maintaining of industrial hygiene surveys
- Record keeping of Material safety data sheets
What you will do day to day?
- Support function to plant operational activities
- Incident reporting, Compliance adherence
- Issuing of Work Permits
- On-Site Training
What are we looking for?
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial Engineering with 4-6 Years of Experience in Manufacturing/Liquor Industry
- NEBOSH (National Examination Board in Occupational Safety and Health) Certified
