Job Description:
- Ensure health and safety policies are respected- Ensure maintenance procedures are respected- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve the issues- Carry out repair activities- Allocate workload and supervise the maintenance technicians – Manage relationships with contractors and service providers- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities- Ensure that all the spare parts requisitions are raised well in advance- Train and develop the maintenance technicians- Follow preventive maintenance approach- Continuous improvement participate in continuous improvement projects
Skills :
- Functional skills (Know-how)- Knowledge of Mechanical Engineering, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems- Knowledge of problem resolving methods & analysis methods: Why-Why Analysis, 7 QC Tools, 5S etc.- Comfortable with managing statistics- Computer knowledge: MS Office and CAD.<div><br></div><div>Behavioural skills- Workshop and work by hand spirit- Taking initiative and involvement- Strong communication skills: being humble- Being curious, and challenge ideas to analyze- Rigorous in the application and time respecting – Being able to deal with pressure and responsibilities- Open minded and flexible</div>
