Job Description:
- Oversee day to day operations of the facility
- Manage the construction project assigned
- Maintaining the records of materials received, used etc. and attendance of labour
- Taking care of multiple projects
- Risk assessment – projection of possible delays in the project and ensuring the project is completed on time as per the schedule.
- Communicating with the customers
- Sending reports of construction project
Qualifications
- B.E Civil or Diploma in civil engineering
- Excellent knowledge of construction
- Experience in handling the construction projects under pressure
- Experience in coordinating with the labour team and extracting work from them
- Fast learner and passion for growth
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Experience in MS-Office
