Job Description:

- Configure & modify process interlock as necessary & have an applied understanding of purpose.
- Knowledge of PLC named- RS logix 5000 make- Allen Bradely. I/O listing & mapping.
- Knowledge of field instrumentation.
- Knowledge of HT (6.6KV) & LT (440 Volt) Breaker make- ABB, MCC Panels, Lightning circuit, DOL starter for pumps, VFD drives etc.
- Good Knowledge in Profibus communication system installed in intelligent MCC panels.
- Good knowledge in Electrical & Instrumentation related to Wagon Tippler, Belt conveyors, dust collectors, Wagon Loading, Truck Loading Machines and Packer Machines.
- Knowledge in handling shift operation.
Knowledge in HIRA, SWP and PTW related jobs.
