Job Description:
- Prepare, plan & analyse the maintenance & project activities
- Ensure the timely execution of maintenance (preventive maintenance, shutdown)/ project plans as per schedules, update production team & superiors on deviations
- Take daily line-walk into area of ownership and plan for corrections on identified deviations, communicated major deviation to the superiors
- Support electricians & supervisors during breakdowns and shutdowns for corrective measures Act on deviations reported by production team and update on results
- Assign, monitor & review job of contract agency/third party
- Act on deviations/problems reported by production team and update the respective team members regarding the results
- Monitor & ensure availability and effective performance of installed electrical equipment & systems
- Fulfil statutory & regulatory requirements in the area of ownership and maintain records
- Take lead, ensure, and contribute for the workplace safety e.g. [PTW (Permit system), JSA (Job safety analysis), toolbox talk, contract employee safety, BBS (Behaviour based safety), electrical safety]
- Verify the quality of contract work, new equipment etc. & report the observed gap /deviations to the superiors
- Prepare, participate & contribute in RCA (Root cause analysis), conceptual studies, risk analysis etc.
- Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials), specifications, interlock schemes, floats enquiry & ensure in time execution of project & modification works
