Job Description:
- Our company is currently looking for a dynamic, self-motivated fresh Diploma Engineers in Electrical, Electronics, IT, and Instrumentation Engineering. The candidate having exposure in AutoCAD, or any other designing software would be preferred. The engineers would be placed in Engineering, Operation, Production, Sales support and design departments for a period of one year.
Selected candidate will receive stipend of Rs 15000/- per month. In addition, he will be eligible for Rs 2500 per month retention bonus, which will be paid after completion of one-year training.Upon successful completion of training period, the candidates would be absorbed in suitable department based on company’s requirement and candidates’ interest.
Desired Candidate Profile

Well versed in handling computers and MS office, MS projects, AutoCAD etc.
Possess excellent analytical, Communication (Written & Verbal) & problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees, management and external customers.
Ability to effectively organize and structure activities on daily basis, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work within the stipulated time period. - Self-motivated, proactive, with a desire to learn/grow.
