Job Description:
- 1. Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, budgets and expenditures.
2. Prepare and monitor Cost to Control (CTC) with respect to Control Budget)3. Ensure project deadlines are met.
4. Determining project changes, providing administrative support as needed.
5. Productivity monitoring and optimization at all levels.
6. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
7. Monitor Turnover, Project Margin, Unbilled Revenue and Networking Capital.
8. Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- 9. Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members with action plan.
