Job Description:
- Civil Engineering products and suppliers knowledge, including supply chain management.
- -Technical knowledge of R.C.C/Finishing works for High Rise Buildings.
- -Planning and sequence of works execution.
- -Technically oriented and proactive
- Desired Profile:
- -Management of site staff and all contractors involved in the construction activities.
- -Inspection and execution, especially from the aspect of quality, progress and use of value added materials, resulting in economy.
- -Overall communication and interaction with architect, RCC consultants, contractors, staff and top level management etc.
- -Scrutinize the bills of all contractors and suppliers.
- -Preparing tender documents including quantities take off of each project for each and every construction activity.
